Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, onboarding, and initial back-catalog processing are included at no extra charge.
Can we pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing is the default and includes a discount versus monthly. We also offer quarterly billing aligned with fiscal year quarters.
What if we go over our meeting limit?
Additional meetings beyond your plan limit are billed at $100 per meeting. We will notify you before any overage charge.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a two-week free pilot where we transcribe your recent meetings so you can evaluate the quality before purchasing.
Do you support sole-source procurement?
